Liberty City 305: Polaroid Instants – book presentation, signing, and panel discussion

Join photographer Elisa Benedetti for the presentation and signing of her book Liberty City 305, a collection of Polaroid photographs made in the Miami neighborhood of Liberty City. The book documents everyday life, presence, and memory within one of the city’s historically significant communities.

The event will feature a panel discussion with Johanna Pérez Daza, editor of the book visiting from Venezuela, and Terrance Cribbs-Lorrant, Black Police Precinct & Courthouse Museum executive director and cultural curator, in conversation about the project, the community, and the role of photography in preserving memory.

Elisa’s work is on view as part of the group show New Atlantis.
