Autism Awareness Day Fundraiser

Mindful Art Education presents Autism Awareness Day, an engaging and inclusive event celebrating Autism Awareness Month. This day-long event offers a variety of activities designed to support neurodiverse individuals and foster a greater understanding of autism within the community.

Highlights include:

• Coding Certification (Begins at 10 AM) – Participants can earn a CodeCombat certification in Python and JavaScript, enhancing their coding skills through interactive, game-based learning. (The class is available at a discounted rate. Please contact 305-905-5435 for details)
• Free Art Sessions (10 AM – 12 PM) – Led by artist Loic Ercolessi, these creative workshops offer an expressive outlet for attendees.
• Free Movie Screening (4 PM – 6 PM) – The day concludes with a screening of Forrest Gump (PG-13), a heartwarming film celebrating resilience and triumph. “Our goal is to create a supportive space where individuals with autism can thrive and the community can come together in appreciation and advocacy,” – Mindful Art Education
