Photographing the Difficult: Scars Unveiled

Join us for a panel discussion about photographer Tony Chirinos’ latest project ‘Scarred’.
Featuring neuropsychologist Dr. Cesar Chirinos, philanthropist Dr. Kimberly Green, model and photographer Jaider Moreno, moderator Lorena Marrero and Guggenheim fellow Tony Chirinos, this panel will discuss Chirinos’ continuing themes of mortality and fragility whilst photographing physical and emotional scars.
Tony’s work was on view as part of the group show Unveiling Power: Examining Influence.
