Artist as Catalyst
The Artist as Catalyst Program is a four-day immersion produced by The Peace Studio, recipients of a multi-year Green Family Foundation grant, for emerging artists interested in making a positive social impact with their art. Located in the heart of Miami and embracing a specifically regional focus, fifteen to twenty young Catalysts, ages 18-26, were selected to partake in studio classes and keynote conversations led by industry professionals, collaborate with artists outside of their field in interactive workshops on the themes of Artistry, Activism, and Entrepreneurship, and lead the conversation around the future of the arts in South Florida.
